We need:
- Your rental dates (start & end)
- Location (city/region in Austria)
- Hotel name or delivery address
- Approximate driver weight (helps us recommend the right model)

We deliver to hotels and private addresses anywhere in Austria. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to train stations, airports, or public places. The scooter will be delivered directly to your hotel reception or home address.

Standard delivery time is around 10:30 AM on your first rental day (Monday-Friday). We'll coordinate the exact delivery time with you via WhatsApp on the day before or morning of delivery. Weekend delivery is available upon request.

Yes, please! Inform your hotel reception that a mobility scooter from Mobile4Ever will be delivered and picked up. This ensures smooth coordination and that the scooter can be stored securely when not in use.

We offer two models - they are identical except for the battery size:

Classic: Up to 120 kg, 15 km range (2x 12V 12AH battery)
Classic+: Up to 135 kg, 20 km range (2x 12V 20AH battery)

Both have the same 250W motor, same speed, and same features. The only difference is the larger battery in the Classic+ for extended range!

Both models have a maximum speed of 10 km/h. This is a comfortable, safe speed for navigating city streets, sidewalks, and tourist areas.

Classic: Approximately 15 km range
Classic+: Approximately 20 km range

This is more than enough for a full day of sightseeing anywhere in Austria! The battery indicator shows remaining charge, and we provide easy charging instructions.

Yes! Both models are foldable and fit in most car trunks. This makes them perfect for taking in taxis or rental cars to different locations.

Not at all! Our scooters are very easy to operate - you can learn in just 2 minutes. Simple throttle control, hand brakes, and clear battery indicator. We provide personal instruction upon delivery and send WhatsApp video tutorials for reference.

Yes, across Austria! Our scooters are allowed on accessible public transport including elevators, accessible trams, buses, and the metro. This gives you maximum flexibility for exploring.

Very simple! Just plug the included charger into any standard wall outlet (like charging a phone). Charge overnight at your hotel. We'll send you a video tutorial via WhatsApp showing exactly how to do this.

We provide 24/7 support via WhatsApp during your rental period. Whether it's a technical question, usage tip, or problem - we're always just a message away!
